3. We check your file
Our team reviews your image to make sure it works with your selected phone model and camera placement. If there’s an issue with the quality or layout, we’ll contact you before production.
4. We make your case
Once everything is confirmed, your custom case goes into production.

For the best result, upload the highest-quality image you have. JPG and PNG files are recommended.
Please keep in mind that images may need to be slightly cropped or repositioned depending on your phone model, camera cutout and the proportions of your uploaded design.

Important Before Ordering
Every custom phone case is made specifically for you, so please make sure you select the correct phone model before placing your order.
Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in screen settings and printing.
Low-resolution or blurry images may also result in lower print quality. If we believe your uploaded image won’t produce a good result, we’ll contact you before printing.
Custom Product Policy
Because your case is produced specifically with your chosen design and phone model, custom phone cases cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, incorrect model selection, or dissatisfaction with the image supplied by the customer.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or we’ve made an error while producing your customization, we’ll make it right.
