Refund policy

You may open, check, and try your items while the courier is still at your door.
If you are not satisfied, you may return the order immediately with the courier.
Please note that returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn

  • Unaltered and spotless

  • With all original tags attached

If you need a different size, you may exchange your item as long as the requested size is available in stock.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns and exchanges, unless the item is defective.
